Cheesy Potato Broccoli Soup
7 chicken bullion cubes
6 cups water
1 onion diced
2 cups grated carrots
5 potatoes diced (8 cups diced potato cubes)
16 oz. frozen broccoli flourettes
two jars Old English cheese spread
Add ingredients to soup pot except for broccoli and cheese. Add broccoli just before potatoes are done. Cook until potatoes are tender. Cut up the broccoli as desired. If desired Melt 1/4 cup butter and 3/8 cup flour. Add to soup mixture. Add two jars Old English Cheese (usually in the cracker section at the grocery store, it comes in small glass jars). Mix well. Soup will thicken as it heats.
