Beth & Gavin Protein Shake
½ to 1 frozen banana
½ - 1 cup frozen blueberries or mixed berries
2 scoops Orgain Chocolate Protein Powder
2 Tbsp chia or fFlax seeds (may substitute slivered almonds or hemp hearts)
2-3 Tbsp cocoa powder
2-3 Tbsp. PBFit Peanut Butter Powder
¼ cup raw oats
1 cup soy milk
4 ice cubes
water to desired thickness
Put ingredients into blender. For best results in the blender, put the liquids on the bottom, then the dry ingredients. The frozen ingredients on the top. Start the blender slow, then move it to high speed. Blend for at least 1 minute.
