Chicken Paprikash
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Cooking spray
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup water
3-4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. bouillon crystals
½ cup nonfat sour cream
5 Tbs. flour
Preparation
Fry chicken in cooking spray 15 minutes. Remove chicken. Sauté onion, water, paprika and bouillon crystals. Add chicken and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 25 minutes until chicken is done. Remove chicken. Reserve 1½ cup broth or add water to make that much. Add remaining ingredients and cook till thick and bubbly. Serve over chicken and cooked noodles.
