5 oz of Fruitlings (if not available use your favorite flavored craisins)
24 Rhodes rolls, thawed but still cold
¼ C butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar (divided)
⅔ cup, (6 oz) cream cheese softened
3 T orange juice
1 T grated orange rind
1 T grated lemon rind
1 cup powdered sugar
5 tsp lemon juice
Press about 1 tsp or fruitlings or craisins into each thawed roll. Place rolls in greased or spayed 9X13 pan. Combine butter, ½ C sugar, cream cheese and orange juice. Blend well and pour over rolls. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise double. Combine ½ cup sugar, rinds and any remaining craisins. Sprinkle this mixture over risen rolls. Bake immediately at 350°F for 25 minutes or until rolls in center are done. (a foil tent sometimes keeps rolls from browning too quickly on the top edges. Combine powdered sugar and lemon juice and drizzle or hot finished rolls.
