St. Patty’s Day Fruit Punch
3 fresh limes
3 fresh lemons
1 can (12 oz.) unsweetened pineapple juice
1 can (6 oz.) frozen concentrated orange juice
1 qt. Ginger ale
1 qt. lime sherbet or tropical sherbet
few drops green food coloring
Mix the juices from lime and lemons, pineapple juice and orange juice (reconstituted with 3 cans of cold water). Chill. Just before serving add ginger ale, sherbet and food coloring. Serve immediately.
