Tandori Chicken
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ cup plain low or no fat yogurt
cup lime juice
cup water
1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp. ground coriander
½ tsp. ground cumin
½ tsp. fennel seeds
½ tsp. curry powder
Wash chicken and pat dry. Combine yogurt, lime juice, water, and garlic. Add chicken and spoon marinade over it. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Drain chicken pieces and sprinkle with seasonings. Place chicken in a shallow non stick or lightly sprayed pan and bake in 400°F oven about 40 minutes or until crisp.
Serves 3 at 185 calories per serving.
