St. Patty’s Day Fruit Dip
Ingredients
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 container (8 oz.) low fat vanilla or lemon yogurt
⅓ cup honey
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. fresh ground nutmeg
assorted green fruits, i.e., green apples, grapes, kiwi, honeydew, etc.
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients, except the fruit, and mix well to blend. Cover and place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours so the flavors will “marry up”. Serve with the fresh fruit as dippers. Will keep in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
