Lemon Bars
1½ cup plus 3 tablespoons unsifted flour
½ cup powdered sugar
¾ cup cold butter
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
½ to 1 cup ReaLemon Lemon Juice from concentrate
Preheat oven to 350 F. In medium bowl, combine 1½ cup flour and powdered sugar; cut in margarine until crumbly. Press onto bottom of lightly greased 9x13 inch baking pan; bake 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine eggs, granulated sugar, 3 Tbs. flour, baking powder and lemon juice; mix well. Pour over crust. Bake 20 minutes or until golden. Cool. Store in refrigerator but serve room temperature. Sift powdered sugar over them before cutting into bars and serving.
