4 medium size cube steaks
1 cup diced celery
28 oz can peeled whole tomatoes
1 small diced onion
1 green bell pepper
1-2 tsp of Worchester sauce
1 Tbs. of brown sugar
1 carrot thinly sliced (optional)
Brown the cube steaks (salt and pepper to taste). Combine remaining ingredients. Add steaks. Bake in covered casserole dish for 1-2 hours at 350°F. Baking time adds tenderness to meat. Serve with noodles or rice.
