Neapolitan Raspberry Squares
1 cup flour
¼ powdered sugar
½ cup cold butter
¼ cup seedless raspberry jam
4 oz softened cream cheese
1 tab milk
6 oz (1 cup) vanilla chips
¾ cup chocolate chips
2 Tbs. hard Crisco
Combine flour and sugar, cut in cold margarine. Press into ungreased 9x9 pan. Bake at 375℉ for 15-18 minutes or until just turning golden brown. Cool and spread with jam. Melt vanilla chips into cream cheese in microwave for about 1 minute. DO NOT BURN! Stir until well blended. Spread over jam layer. Chill 1 hour. Melt chocolate chips with Crisco and pour over top. Cool in refrigerator about ten minutes then cut and store.
