Dark Truffle Centers
1 cup whipping cream
1 lb. Yucatan chocolate
20-30 drops flavored oil
Put chocolate in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water. Heat cream, not too hot, and add to chocolate. Stir until melted. Add oil to taste. Put in refrigerator for a couple of hours. Take out of refrigerator and mold into balls for truffle centers. Dip in chocolate.
