Berry Cheese Pie
4 oz cream cheese (no fat may be substituted)
1 Tbs. milk
1 Tbs. sugar
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 Tbs. lemon juice
8 oz Cool whip thawed
1 graham cracker crust
2 cup cold milk
2 pkg. 4 serving size vanilla or lemon pudding (sugar free may be substituted)
1 pint strawberries
Beat cream cheese, 1 Tbs. milk and sugar until smooth, add lemon peel and juice. Stir in 1 ½ cup of whipped topping. Spread evenly in crust. Press strawberry halves into cream cheese mixture. Pour 2 cup milk into large bowl, add milk. Beat one minute. Let stand 1 minute or until thickened. Stir in 1 cup of whipped topping. Pour over strawberries. Refrigerate 4 hours.
