Chicken Fajita Salad Marinade
1 Tbs. cooking oil
¼ cup lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp. oregano
½ tsp. ground cumin
Combine the ingredients in the marinade. Mix well and add chicken. Toss to coat and set for at least 45 minutes in refrigerator. Cook chicken in skillet with onions, peppers, chilies. Toss over lettuce, almonds, tomato, avocado, sour cream, whatever.
