3 packages dry yeast
1½ cup warm water
½ cup sugar
½ cup oil
3 eggs, beaten
½ cup dry milk
5½ cup flour
2 tsp. salt
Dissolve yeast into water. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well, knead and put in covered, greased bowl. Let rise high. Roll out with rolling pin on floured board. Spread melted butter over 1 side and fold. Using a glass, cut half-circles on the rolls. Let rise again and bake at 350°-370°F until brown (about 15 minutes).
For cinnamon rolls--roll out dough, spread with melted butter and generously sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll then cut slices. Let rise and bake.
For orange rolls--roll out dough, spread with mixture of orange juice concentrate, melted butter and sugar. Orange peel can be grated into mixture. Roll, slice and bake.
