Hamburger and Rice
1 lb. hamburger
14 oz can of tomatoes (optional)
3-4 cups tomato juice
onion (fresh or dried)
3 cup Minute Rice
Brown hamburger, seasoning with diced onion, salt and pepper. Pour rice into skillet. Stir to coat rice well. Add tomatoes and tomato juice to taste. Bring to full boil. Cover and remove from heat. Will be ready to serve in 10 to 15 minutes.
