Raspberry or Strawberry Cream Cake
½ yellow cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese (can substitute no fat cream cheese)
⅔ cup powdered sugar
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup whipped cream
1 pkg. raspberry or strawberry Danish Dessert
1 cup water
1 pkg. frozen raspberries or strawberries
Prepare cake mix. Spread in 9x13 pan. Bake. Cool. Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream and spread on cooled cake. Combine Danish Dessert and water (or fruit juice) in saucepan and cook until thick. Cool. Add berries. Spread on top of cheese mixture. Put in refrigerator. Better if made day before.
