Chocolate Sauce
Chocolate Sauce
½ cup sugar
2 Tbs. Hershey's cocoa powder
1½ Tbs. cornstarch
dash salt
½ cup warm water
1 Tbs. butter
½ tsp. vanilla
Mix sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, salt and water in a 2 cup microwave-safe container. Microwave for 1 ½ minutes stirring twice during cooking time. Blend in 1 Tbs. butter and stir thoroughly. Cook a few seconds longer for a thicker sauce. Drizzle over Banana Split Ice Cream.
