Mississippi Mud Brownies
Ingredients
12-ounce (Family Sized) package brownie mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 jar (7 ounce) marshmallow creme
1 container milk chocolate frosting, melted
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch pan
Combine brownie mix, eggs, water and oil in large bowl. Stir with spoon until well blended, about 50 strokes. Spread in pan. Bake at 350 for 25-28 minutes or until set.
Spread marshmallow creme gently over hot brownies. Pour 1 1/4 cup melted milk chocolate frosting over marshmallow creme. Swirl with knife to marble. Cool completely. Cut into bars. Makes 20-24 brownies.
