Chocolate Elcair Pie
3 plastic wrapper section of graham crackers
2 small instant French Vanilla pudding
3 ½ cup Milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
Frosting
6 Tbs. unsweetened cocoa
2 Tbs. oil
1 Tbs. corn syrup
1½ cup powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbs. milk
3 Tbs. melted margarine
Spay a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and line bottom and sides with whole graham crackers, cut them to fit when necessary. Mix pudding with milk and fold in cool whip. Put ½ pudding on graham crackers. Put a layer of graham on top. Pour remainder of pudding on top. Layer graham again. Frost and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Frosting:
Hand mix unsweetened cocoa and oil. Add corn syrup, powdered sugar, vanilla, milk, and melted margarine. Mix.
