Mushroom Green Beans
10 oz. bag frozen green beans
1 cup milk (can use 1%)
8 oz. sour cream (can use no fat substitute)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese (can use reduced fat cheese)
1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup (can use reduced fat style)
Mix milk, sour cream, and soup over low heat. Add ½ cup cheese and pour over green beans. Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes. Add other half cup cheese, bake until cheese is bubbly. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves six.
