nonstick cooking spray
2 medium potatoes, cut into inch thick slices
¼ tsp. garlic salt
Line a large baking sheet with foil. Spray the foil with nonstick coating. Arrange potato slices in a single layer on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with garlic salt (salt or other spices may be substituted.) Bake at 450° F for 20 minutes. Serves 2 at 152 calories per serving.
