Indoor S'mores
8 cups Golden Grahams cereal (one 13 oz. box)
1½ cup milk chocolate chips (can use semi sweet)
6 cups miniature marshmallows (one ten oz. bag)
5 T melted butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup light corn syrup (optional)
Melt 5 cups marshmallows (reserve 1 cup), chocolate chips, butter and corn syrup in a 3 quart sauce pan over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Butter 9X13 pan. Pour Golden Grahams into large bowl. Pour marshmallow mixture over cereal; stir until evenly coated. Stir in remaining marshmallows. Press into pan. Cool at least 1 hour until firm. Cut. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
