4-6 lb. roast
salt and pepper
Sauce:
½ cup ketchup
½ cup water
4 Tbs. BBQ sauce
2 Tbs. white vinegar
2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tabasco
Cover and cook roast at 250 ℉ or low in crock pot until tender (about 9 hours or overnight). Take out roast and debone, break up into pieces. Refrigerate and let fat come to the top. Warm and cover with sauce before serving.
