Cranberry Orange Pull Aparts
12 orange rolls or 24 dinner rolls, thawed but still cold
1 3.4 oz cook and serve vanilla pudding
¼ cup dried cranberries
1 orange rind, grated
½ cup butter
Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
1 Tbs. butter, melted
2 Tbs. fresh orange juice
Cut rolls in half. Roll in dry pudding mix. Put in bundt pan alternating with rind and cranberries. Sprinkle with remaining pudding. Pour melted margarine over. Cover edges with tin foil tent. Bake at 350 until center is done. Drizzle glaze over top.
