Cloud Nine Brownies
1 cup butter
1⅓ cup Guittard vanilla milk chips
4 large eggs
1 cup sugar
½ tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
Preheat oven to 325 F. Grease a 9x13 inch cake pan. Melt butter with vanilla chips on top of boiler over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. Remove from heat; set aside. In large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and salt with mixer at high speed until pale and thick. Blend melted mixture in with egg mixtures and add vanilla. Mix in flour until combined. Spread into prepared pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Top will be crusty and browned. Cool and top with chocolate frosting.
