Pie Pantry Pie Crust
6 cup flour (unbleached) Golden West preferred
3 cup butter flavored Crisco (regular Crisco is fine)
3 tsp. salt
1½ cup water
Mix flour, shortening and salt with fingers until it resembles a crumb mixture. This make 5 two crust pies, and a couple of shells. Bake pies on lowest rack of the oven.
Bake pies at 375℉ for 1 hour or until pie shakes loose.
Bake shells at 375℉ for 8-10 minutes.
