The basic is sometimes the best! Jill ate this through a straw when her jaw was wired shut.
Ingredients
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 graham cracker crust
8 oz pkg. cream cheese
¼ cup lemon juice
Preparation
Mix softened cream cheese and milk until light. Add lemon juice and mix well. Pour into crust and let jell in refrigerator. Serve with cherry or blueberry pie filling, fresh or frozen fruit.. Serves 6 to 8.
