Hummus
2 cans garbanzo beans
½ cup sesame tahini
⅓ cup lemon juice
⅓ cup light olive oil
1 tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. garlic powder
Drain liquid from garbanzo beans (do not rinse). Empty into food processor. Add tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and garlic to food processor. Process until smooth.
