Flower Pot Dessert

Ingredients

• 16 oz package of Oreo cookies

• 8 oz cream cheese

• ½ cup margarine

• 1 cup powdered sugar

• 1 tsp. vanilla

• (2) 3½ oz packages instant vanilla pudding

• 12 oz Cool Whip

• 2 new 6" flower pots lined with foil

Preparation

Crush Oreos cookies until they resemble potting soil.  Place 1 cup of crumbs in pots.  Cream together cream cheese, margarine, sugar and vanilla.  Set aside.  Mix pudding with milk, fold in Cool Whip.  Fold into cream cheese mixture.  Pour ½ of mix into each pot.  Top with remaining crumbs.  Cover with foil.  Refrigerate.  Decorate with silk or edible flowers.
