Italian Vegetable Toss
1½ cup shell macaroni
2 cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
6 oz. marinated artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
1 cup sliced pitted olives
½ cup chopped green onions
?cup Italian salad dressing
1 med. avocado sliced and chopped
1 med. tomato seeded and chopped
Cook macaroni, drain and rinse with cold water. Add everything but last two ingredients in large bowl. Toss, chill several hours (overnight). Add last 2 ingredients just before serving.
