2 cups milk
1½ cup flour
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. vanilla
½ tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Raspberries
Strawberries
Marscapone Cheese
Powdered sugar
Maple Syrup
Mix dry ingredients. Add milk, eggs, oil and vanilla. Brush crepe pan with butter or spray. Pour ½ cup of batter onto the pan. Spread batter around with wooden dowel or tilt pan to spread. Cook until edges curl. Flip crepe over and lightly brown. Put crêpes between wax paper to keep from sticking.
Cut up berries and put out toppings and serve!
Additional Note: its a good idea to have multiple pans going at one time to make the crepes ... otherwise the 2 hours could turn into a half a day. :)
Additional Note (2): If using a crepe cooker, pour a very generous ½ cup of batter onto the pan for each crepe.
