Creamy Chocolate Squares
30 squares chocolate graham crackers
2 packages (8 oz each) of softened cream cheese
3 cups milk
2 packages (6 serving size) instant chocolate pudding
8 oz Cool Whip thawed
Arrange 15 crackers on bottom of 9x13 pan. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in one cup of milk until blended. Add remaining milk and pudding mix. Beat on low speed 2 minutes. Gently fold in Cool Whip. Spread half of pudding mixture over graham crackers. Top with remaining crackers and another layer of pudding mixture. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with additional whipped topping if desired.
