String Beef Burritos
3-4 lbs. roast (seven bone works well)
1 large can diced green chilies
2 onions
1 can (16 oz.) whole stewed tomatoes
1½ tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic
½ tsp. cumin
¼ tsp. oregano
Cook roast, simmering for 8-12 hours (or cook in crock pot on LOW for 8-12 hours). Drain liquid. Shred the beef and add all remaining ingredients. Simmer for ½ hour. Fill four tortillas and top with favorite toppings. Becky Preece
